Returning Money:
Upon confirming your eligibility for a refund, your request will be processed within five business days. The original payment method used for the purchase will receive the refund.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may not reflect on your account for 5-7 business days.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your digital marketing services at any time by contacting our customer care staff. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. The termination of your services will occur at the end of your current billing cycle.
